6 Excuses to Keep You From Getting Organized – Part 1 of 4

Many of us love collecting stuff either because we are sentimental about it or truly believe that we need it, here are 2 of 6 excuses that people give for not getting rid of stuff around them in order to start getting organized:
-
You May Stock More Than What is Necessary
Items ranging from food supplies to Office supplies tend to be stocked up on when you are short on time. It is easy to grab items which won’t be consumed in a timely manner but HEY it was a really good deal, Right? With an increasing
number of discount stores and wholesale outlets it is easy to buy items in bulk, which can get in the way of organizing your home.
-
You May Think That You Need the Items Some Day
One of the organization tips will tell you to watch out for this one, here you may buy something which seems like a good deal and a necessity today but most time this has been proven time and time again, most items get wasted due to non-use or get buried for two years or more. An important note here would be – Throw things out that you do not need today and organize your life so your life can run more smoothly
Thanks for reading our post today, come on back tomorrow and we will give you two more excuses which is part 2 of our 4 part series. Getting organized is something which is on most peoples minds these days especially as we start into a New Year.

You hit the nail on the head with one of your topics. I keep so much stuff because I always think that I will need something later. Even e-mails, my e-mail box is so full because I am so sure I will need one of them later. I need help. Thanks for your post.

Hey Larry:
This is a common challenge for most of us as getting rid of things makes us feel it is a mistake and sometimes we feel out of control, as strange as that may seem.
Oh I can think of quite a few excuses. My problem is that it also carries over to my computer. I have a lot of digital dust on my hard drive. Looking forward to more
