In our previous post Part 1 of 2 we opened a discussion about positive thinking and what it means. Positive thinking has
been an important topic over the past few years in many peoples lives.
Each thought you have is characterized by a different emotion. The basic division of thoughts is based on the positive and
negative aspects of our thinking. Most of you know your focus should always be on positive thoughts however there are times we fall short of our good intentions and find ourselves focusing on negatives thoughts which have the effect of washing away any positive thoughts you may have. By focusing on positive thoughts you can lead yourself to creating more positive thoughts and feelings which can help you escape the shackles of depression and frustration.
Being positive is more of a mental process which has a way of effecting your life in miraculous ways. Therefore, it is important to fill your mind with positive emotions and feelings doing your utmost best to push the negative away. Creating and maintaining a positive attitude generates positive vibes around you and this can help you look at the brighter side of even the most complex situations.
When you are around people in a positive mood you actually omit positive vibrations which spread out to people around you. Understanding your thought pattern and process will help you to improve your mindset.
Do your best each day to treat every situation with positivity and smile through all your challenges. Not only will this help to develop a better self-esteem but it will also give you the strength to deal with convoluted situations.
It is important you understand positive thinking can not be expected just because someone tells you to be positive. You need to have determination and be able to take small steps towards keeping negative thoughts at bay. The entire process of positive thoughts needs to be fully understood first. Once you have this understanding then you can use this magical concept to shape your life, in ways you never thought possible.
